Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. However, processing times can vary depending on your payment provider:

Partial Refunds & Pro-Rated Options
Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but we still want to find a fair solution. We offer partial refunds in these situations:
For ongoing programs or subscriptions, we may offer pro-rated refunds based on unused time or content. For example, if you've completed three modules of a six-module course, you might be eligible for a 50% refund of the original amount.
We also consider course credits or transfers to other programs as alternatives to cash refunds, especially when technical issues or scheduling conflicts are involved.
Each refund request is reviewed individually to ensure fair treatment while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.
